You may return any item you are dissatisfied with within 30 days of purchase, for a full refund, minus shipping. We would prefer that you come visit us again as a happy customer, knowing that if your're not satisfied with whatever you purchase from us, that you can return it and get your money back.
All other product returns will require a RMA number from our customer service department, please email your request to email@example.com . Products refused upon arrival or returned without a authorized RMA number will be handled on a case by case basis, at the our sole discretion. Returns must be in NEW condition, in original packaging. A 15% restocking fee will apply for all returns.
Personalized Products damaged during shipping will be replaced under the guidelines listed above. Personalized Products sales are final upon placement of order and cannot be returned.

Back Order Policy
Our purchasing department is second to none in the industry. Our systems control back orders and keep them to a minimum for your convenience. Customer satisfaction is our primary goal. If an item you purchased is backordered, we will contact you with further instructions.
Most Items will ship within 2 to 15 business days. Holiday seasons, large orders, custom items, special orders and out of stock items may take longer.
Damaged Goods Policy
Product damaged in shipping should be reported via email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of arival. A Return Call Tag will be issued for pickup of damaged items, and a identical replacement item will be immediately shipped at no expense as long as the damage can be confirmed by the manufacturer upon return of the orginal product.
